The hospitality we received so late at night was very much appreciated after having an electrical emergency at our house which forced us to seek a room for the night. I wish I could remember the girls name that checked us in but she was very compassionate and accommodating especially since I had 3 kids with me. I already had a stressful day and she eased that stress with her kindness. I truly appreciated that! The breakfast was amazing! Hot eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, pastries, bagels and yogurt was perfect for the kids before I had to take them to school the following morning.

I liked the hotel and it’s not that bad as other people saying on Google or yelp. The rooms are clean, you have unlimited coffee in the lobby, nice pool but for me it was cold to swim but I saw kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great too, they giving you coupons to enter breakfast cafe. It has bar open until 10 pm weekdays and 11 pm weekends. The location was ok 20mins from Niagara Falls. We had a great deal and it was pretty cheap. The hotel met my expectations. I wouldn’t pay double price for the same hotel for 2 nights so it’s great price, great value, and we enjoyed our stay.

Beside Walden Galleria Mall, lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to I-90, airport isn't far. Be worth checking if have a Park n Fly options if you plan on travel. My stay included a breakfast which was a buffet style with decent options. Staff at check in were very helpful. Very nice indoor pool area with a Courtyard, believe 2 levels of rooms facing the Courtyard. On stay I noticed bar and food service in Courtyard with big screen to watch football as it was on a Sunday.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have the opportunity to try the on site bar / restaurant, but it looked inviting. The hotel location is great, surrounded by restaurants and shopping, and within 1/2 hour of Niagara falls and the border.

It would be a good idea if they provided pancakes or waffles. The children tend to like those breakfast items a bit more. Pool and facilities were clean.
