M Hotel Buffalo

1. Location was excellent and the hotel was grand and beautiful, being well maintained and clean 2. Complimentary tea, water and coffee in the lobby all day 3. Ample carts available to move suitcases and the variety of style and sizes

During the day, the courtyard used by the hockey team, U12, was amazing as a gathering place for them to socialize, play, eat food they brought in. The courtyard is a great resource for groups coming to the Buffalo area. The breakfast was good and breakfast room spacious.

The hospitality we received so late at night was very much appreciated after having an electrical emergency at our house which forced us to seek a room for the night. I wish I could remember the girls name that checked us in but she was very compassionate and accommodating especially since I had 3 kids with me. I already had a stressful day and she eased that stress with her kindness. I truly appreciated that! The breakfast was amazing! Hot eggs, sausage, home fries, oatmeal, pastries, bagels and yogurt was perfect for the kids before I had to take them to school the following morning.

The pool was in a very nice location inside and large enough for many guests to enjoy. Breakfast was better than expected with eggs, sausage, fruit, and yogurt available. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have the opportunity to try the on site bar / restaurant, but it looked inviting. The hotel location is great, surrounded by restaurants and shopping, and within 1/2 hour of Niagara falls and the border.

Location! Across from Mall, pool was great & pool area awesome- 10 out of 10… I got the 2 Queen beds & my room was great with awesome pillows- my Dad got the smaller room & it wasn’t as nice, a bit dated & burns on curtains/ weed smell, he changed it- I will stay all the time!
